Apple Card users have yet another merchant with which to earn daily cash and this one will come in handy for travelers looking to discover the world for less. This new partnership with Booking.com will allow Apple Card users to earn 3% daily cash back on eligible prepaid stays and car rentals when using Apple Card at Booking.com.
You will recognize Booking.com as a site for reserving everything from flights and rental cars to hotels and cruises. Apple says users will need to book through the Apple Card + Booking.com landing page. Additionally you’ll need to use Apple Pay on your device. Eligible Stays include those that are paid for using the “Pay Now” rate.
As another bonus, Booking.com will reward its members with 2% in Booking.com Travel Credits. As with Apple’s Daily Cash, to earn this 2% in travel credits you’ll need to book an eligible stay or car rental at the “Pay Now” rate. Additionally you’ll need to use Apple Pay with Apple Card at Booking.com using the special Booking.com link.
These Travel Credits are awarded by Booking.com and to receive them, you need a verified Booking.com account. The credits are added to your Booking.com Wallet. You can spend them anywhere that offers ‘Pay with Wallet’.
Typically, Apple Card offers 2% cash back through the Daily Cash reward for online or contactless transactions using Apple Pay, or 1% for transactions using the physical, titanium, card. The boosted 3% Apple Pay cash back is available with select retailers.
Booking.com now joins that list which includes Duane Reade, Mobil, T-Mobil, Uber, Ace Hardware, Nike, Uber Eats, and Walgreens.
Apple released the Apple Card in 2019 and routinely pairs with select retailers to offer increased Daily Cash back rates as well as special promotional offers to cardholders.
